Giving Wings (Pty) Ltd is a communication skills training company birthed with one goal in mind – to develop Effective Communicators. We believe that strong communication skills are critical for success in the workplace and society however, many professionals find it challenging to effectively communicate and subsequently limit their ability to succeed.

Through our training workshops, Giving Wings empowers people to be effective communicators who are authentic, confident and professional.

Our story

Giving Wings was birthed during a period when Kefilwe Morobane encountered many professionals who were limiting their ability to excel in the workplace due to ineffective communication skills. These individuals were fearful to present in front of an audience during sales presentations, events, conferences, job interviews, etc. The message was not simple to understand and the delivery lacked impact. She realised that these individuals did not know or have the tools that would enable them to communicate effectively. In that moment Giving Wings was launched.

It is our mission to give our delegates “wings” by equipping them with the knowledge, skills and tools to be effective communicators in order to propel them to use their communication skills effectively to excel and ultimately SOAR to great heights!
